Q: How do I get my leads after the show?

Immediately after the show you will be given a login name and password in order to download your leads. Simply return back to myshowlead.com, click on the "retrieve your leads" link, select your event, and then login. You will see a link to download your leads.

Q: What file format is the lead file in?

Your lead file is in Microsoft Excel format.

Q: What information is included in the lead file?

Basically all the contact information that we capture during the registration process, plus relevant demographic questions and of course your qualifying answers.

Q: What does "qualifying leads" mean, and what are custom qualifiers?

Q: Do I need to bring the scanner back to you every night?

No, please keep the scanner in a safe place and only bring it back to us if the scanner is full or at the very end of the show.

Q: What happens if I forgot to bring it back to you after the show?

No problem, simply call us right away and courier the scanner back to our head office. Our contact info can be found here.

If however, we do not receive the scanner within 5 business days, then you will be charged a $300 replacement fee as per our terms and conditions.

Q: How do I know that I have successfully scanned a badge?

You will hear a sound of a beep when ever you have successfully scanned a badge. .
